TriCoLink Announces Senior Medical Internet Credit Program
TriCoLink is proud to announce the launch of its Senior Medical Internet Credit Program, designed to help qualifying seniors stay connected to reliable internet service for important medical needs.
Beginning July 1, eligible seniors may qualify to receive a $20 monthly credit toward their TriCoLink internet bill. This program is available to both existing TriCoLink customers and new customers who meet the program qualifications.
This program was created to support seniors who rely on internet access for telehealth appointments, medical equipment, communication with healthcare providers, and access to online health resources.
Reliable internet service has become an important part of everyday life, especially for seniors managing health-related needs from home. TriCoLink understands that staying connected can make a meaningful difference when it comes to receiving care, communicating with doctors, and accessing important services.
To participate in the program, customers must have active TriCoLink internet service. New customers who are interested in applying will need to complete a simple service application. There is no application fee and no installation fee.
After service is established, applicants will need to submit the required Senior Medical Internet Credit Program form. The form must be completed and signed by a doctor to verify that the customer has a medical need for internet service. Once the completed form is received, TriCoLink’s internal team will review the application. If approved, the $20 monthly credit will be applied to the customer’s bill.
The credit is available for up to 12 months. To continue receiving the credit after that period, customers will need to resubmit the required form each year to confirm continued eligibility.
TriCoLink remains committed to providing reliable fiber internet service and supporting the communities we serve. This program is another way we are helping customers stay connected to what matters most.
