Safety Exhibits

Tri-County Electric makes annual presentations to the schools in our service area. We will visit students in the classroom for a fun and informative presentation that helps students respect and value the role electricity plays in their lives. We have a safety demonstration board that utilizes sound and smoke to emphasize various situations that can be dangerous. We discuss safety measures for several different electrical situations and get the children involved in the discussion. The demonstration can be tailored for any age group and for any length of time. We also can bring the bucket truck for the outside (field) demonstration.
Presentations are also available for safety awareness programs, career day, and community events. Supporting education is just one more way that Tri-County Electric Cooperative demonstrates its commitment to the communities that it serves.
To find out more about these free presentations or to schedule a presentation, please contact Charlene Anderson at 1-877-874-1215.
