When you contact Tri-County Electric Cooperative to sign up for service, you may be asked to provide personal information. There are instances in which we will share users’ personal information either at the user’s request or in order to complete a transaction initiated by the user. Also, although we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process.
